PUNARJANI

SANJEEVANI

Based on PANCHAKARMA, this programme will help to purify the entire body.This process includes Rejuvenation massage, Vasthi, Vamanam, Virechanam, Nasyam, Medicated steam bath and internal medicines.

MOHINI

This treatment programme beautifies the body and increases skin complexion. This includes Herbal Facial, Face Massage and Oil Massage. This treatment is suitable for all skin types.

INDIVIDUAL TREATMENTS

Rejuvenation Massage (Rs.800/- US$20) Dur: 1hour
In this Ayurvedic massage, the entire body is massaged with traditional techniques using medicated oil, which will rejuvenate and relax the body increasing the blood and lymphatic circulation and will also improve muscle tone.

Sirodhara (Rs.1,100/- US$25) Dur : 1 Hour
A stream of medicated oil from an earthen pot which is kept above the patient's head, is dripped over the forehead in a rhythmic manner. This treatment is recommended for insomnia, stress, migraine, etc.

Thakradhara (Rs.1,100/- US$25) Dur : 1 Hour
Medicated butter milk is dripped over the forehead just like sirodhara, which is very effective for nervous weakness, headache, etc.

Pizhichil (Rs.1,800/- US$40) Dur : 75mts.
Continuous stream of medicated oil is poured all over the body by squeezing a towel soaked with oil. This treatment is effective for arthritis, paralysis, nervous disorders, and will also rejuvenate the body.

Udwarthanam (Rs. 1,100/- US$ 25) Dur : 1 Hour
Herbal Powder Massage : With a certain herbal powder the entire body is massaged from the extremities towards the heart and neck. This will reduce the body weight and improve complexion.

Pathrapotala Swedam (Rs.1,000/- US$23) Dur : 1 hour
Podikizhi : Herbal leaf, herbal powder, lime, etc. or herbal powder alone are fried in medicated oil, tied in a cloth bag heated in medicated oil and applied over the body. This treatment will reduce arthritis, cervical spondylosis, sprain, low backache, etc.

Njavarakizhi (Rs. 1,000/- US$ 23) Dur : 1 hour
In this treatment, a special type of rice having medicinal value is cooked in milk and herbal decoction, tied in a cloth bag and applied over the body. This treatment will nourish the body and reduce muscle wasting, reeumatism, etc.

Nasyam (Rs. 250/- US$ 7) Dur : 30mts.
In this treatment a few drops of oil is poured into each nostril. This treatment will clean the nasal cavity ad reduce sinusitis, cervical spondylosis, etc.

Head Massage (Rs. 400/- US$ 10) Dur : 30mts.
Massaging the head with medicated hair oil will strengthen the hair roots and give complete relaxation.

Face Massage (Rs. 400/- US$ 10) Dur : 30 mts.
This therapy with Ayurvedic face cream, will cleanse the skin and make the face glow.
