Cordon Bleu (Multi-Cusine Restaurant)
The Cordon Bleu, our multi-cusine restaurant serves you authentic local delicacies from the Vembanadu lake - 'Karimeen' Pollichathu, (fish wrapped in banana leaves straight from the pan) Prawns, Crabs, Oysters and a variety of products fresh from the lake. The spicy chicken - 'Kozhi Varautharachathu' and the 'Syrian Christian duck Roast' are the traditional local favourites. Exciting and innovative menus offer you the choicest North Indian, Chinese and Continental dishes as well.

Lake side Barbeque

The Lake side Barbeque is our open kitchen by the lake side where you can interact with our chef and enjoy our Grill menu while watching the sunset and the flocks of birds flying home.

Sunset Cruise

Our planned Sunset Cruise serves a five course dinner with all the local delicacies while you cruise through the vast expanse of the lake.

Taproom

The Taproom offer diners a variety of unique and unforgettable experiences while choosing your drink from the well stocked bar inside or at the patio over looking the Vembanadu Backwater lake.
